- Weather, material availability, tenant access, and other uncontrollable circumstances may affect scheduling.
- Clients will be notified of any delays as soon as reasonably possible.

- Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest or late fees.
- We reserve the right to pause work or withhold deliverables until outstanding balances are paid.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the service type and preparation work already done.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
